WIE LANGE DAUERT DER VERSAND DER WARE? 

Ist ein Artikel auf Lager, erfolgt der Versand mit DHL innerhalb von 2-3 Werktagen, meist aber schon am nächsten Werktag. Bitte beachtet, dass wir für die voraussichtliche Transportzeit durch den Versanddiensleister DHL keine Auskunft geben können. Den Versandfortschritt könnt ihr mit der euch zur Verfügung gestellten Tracking Nummer überprüfen. 

WIE LANGE NACH DEM KAUF KANN ICH MEIN WIDERRUFSRECHT NUTZEN UND MEINE BESTELLUNG AN EUCH ZURÜCKSENDEN?

Du kannst deinen Kauf innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen. Die 14 Tage gelten ab dem Tag, an dem die Ware von dir oder einer dritten Person in Besitz genommen wurde.

Bitte schicke uns im Falle eines Widerrufs eine E-Mail. Du kannst deine Retoure für nicht reduzierte Artikel mit deinem Kundenkonto auch über den Onlineshop anmelden:

Die Retourenkosten müssen von dir übernommen werden. Bitte beachte, dass wir nur Retouren die via DHL an uns verschickt werden bearbeiten können. 

Nach Anmeldung der Retoure, lassen wir dir bei berechtigter Retoure (einwandfreier Zustand des Produkts, vorhandenes Etikett, Einhaltung der Retourenfrist) ein Retourenlabel zukommen. Bitte beachten, dass die Ware innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware an uns zurückgeschickt werden muss. 

Shipping & Returns 

 

All orders are shipped with DHL. If the item is in stock, all orders will be processed within 2-3 business day. Most of the time we are able to process the same or next business day at latest. You can find a tracking number for your order in your shipping confirmation email. 

For shipping within Germany costs are 4,99€. 

For EU order shipping costs are 12,99€.

The customer will cover all taxes, duties & return costs. 

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days and send the items back to us. You have to cover the return costs.
